A message dated February 28, 2008, was read stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 37(efd add)                                                                                                 
     "An Act establishing the first Saturday of every March as Susan
